e made a reservation at valentino's earlier this afternoon. The atmosphere was ok, wasn't anything extravgent compared to the price of the food. We were getting good service until the french manager came and ruined our evening. He swore at the waiter serving our table and started abusing him on front of us. Personally, we felt the waiter was very nice and we had no problems with him that evening.
Our food came out all wrong and cold, and when we approached the manager, he vehemently ignored our concerns and did not care what we had to say.. Is this the way to run a prestigious restaurant? Being rude and abusive to the staff infront of the customers? and Not listening to what customers have to say????
