hinking we wouldn’t need a booking on a Tuesday night we headed down to Atlantic for a meal. Obviously a lot of people know how good this restaurant is because we had to wait about 15 minutes for a table in which time we were sat at the bar and offered a drink. Service throughout the night was attentive and friendly.
The food was so fresh and full of flavour. We ordered the Grilled Barramundi served with Chips and Garden Salad ($23) and the Warm Seafood Salad ($27). Both were excellent choices but I believe the seafood salad outclassed the fish and chips - a generous mix of barramundi, prawns, scallops and calamari marinated in garlic and expertly seasoned made it the perfect summer meal.
Being a Tuesday night we were well behaved and kept away from the wine list however it was extensive, another time may be… We are definitely looking forward to returning!
