I would just like to reitterate the thoughts of your first reveiwer. I took some work collegues to the red turban (based on the good things I had read on your web site)and was not disapointed. We went on a wednesday night expecting the a la carte menu much to our delight they have extended the buffet to seven nights a week. One of our party had never tried indian food before and this was the perfect introduction. As you can imagine wednesday night is pretty quiet, but we didn't get overlooked as soon as we came in the buffet was replenished. We were well taken care of, at one stage I had suggested that my friend would really like chicken tikka masala (obviously a favourite) which was not on the buffet. No sooner were the words out of my mouth than the owner/manager had a sample for her to try. Well done Red Turban!! I strongly recommend the beef vindaloo.

After reading the comments here my wife and I decided to give the Red Turban a try for something different for our anniversary.
We both went with the buffet so I can't comment on the a la carte but we were both very happy.
The buffet was not quite as extensive as I had thought it might be from previous remarks (we went on a Monday night - I understand the buffet is bigger - and more expensive - on Friday/Saturday) but the selection was adequate, very tasty and more than sufficient for us.
The restaurant is somewhat tucked away in a rather unlikely spot but well worth a visit. The butter chicken was simply to die for and the other dishes also a delight.
We left satiated and pleased with this new addition to our restaurant options. In all an excellent option for anyone who enjoys Indian food.
