T he modern decor and funky atmosphere are pluses, but I found this place is really only suited to drinks or after work cocktails.Don't bother with the food because it's over priced and not that impressive. I can only say I've been here for lunch so I may try dinner upstairs. The service was sluggish and could've been friendlier. I do know a lot of singles that linger here just for the eye candy, so maybe that's why it's so popular.

Celebrated my 11 year wedding anniversary at Raffles restaurant on Friday night. Sensational surroundings, sensational food and sensational service. Couldn't fault a thing. Thoroughly recommend it. | ||
