Perth Food Review

I actually went to Peroni's in the Park last Saturday night (18/02/06) with my partner. I am very disappointed and not impressed at the service or quality of food we received. First of all we had to waiter nearly 20 minutes before someone could come and take our order, secondly we had to wait over half and hour for our meals (the cafe was not even full) then we received our meals, my partner ordered a medium steak which was burnt and I ordered a chicken scaloppini without mushrooms, but when it came out it had mushrooms. I did not bother sending it back as we had waited so long. Then whilst I was eating my meal I went to cut a piece of chicken and realised that there was actually peices of FISH mixed in with the chicken in the scaloppini. I immediately called the waitress over and when I told her what was going on - she apologised half heartedly and asked if I wanted another one. By this stage we had been there nearly an hour and a half and I just could not wait to get out of there. When we went up to pay the bill for the food we did not eat, I asked to see the Manager, and I was advised that there was no one there that could help me. We paid the bill in full and I gave the cashier my name and number for the manager to call me. I have since called there about nine times and also left messages and to date no one has bothered to call me. We will never ever return there again and I will never recommend the cafe to anyone. UNBELIEVABLE !
