I t always amazes me that some people would rather spent their money at a multi national fast food place than come to a place like this. The Penang Food, is located on William St near Roe st and it has great food at very low prices. On first glance one could be forgiven for thinking it looked a bit shabby but the food is superb, fresh and very tasty. I have been here a number of times now and I love Loh Bak to share as an entree and then I highly recommend Nasi Lemak in either beef or chicken. This place is worth a look in, I love going there for lunch and the nasi lemak is only around the $7.50 - $8.00 mark. Great value, I'd rather spend my money at a place like this than see it go to the evil clown with red hair.

I agree about the Loh Bak. I always order it when I go there. I can also recommend the Fried Kway Teow and Assam Laksa. The Assam Laksa is only available on weekends. Both dishes are only second to my Mum's and Sister's cooking. | ||

I agree, the Nasi Lemak is awesome! I am just waiting for Penang Food to reopen on 14th December, lunch times just aren't the same without them! | ||
