W ent for breakfast. table of 6 adults, with one child in high chair. outlook superb over the water. booking for 9:30,our order taken around 10. 2 of us unable to have pancakes as they were off the menu??? 1st meal arrived at 10:45 then the rest in dribs and drabs until about 11.00. (unacceptable especially for the child) 2 meals had to go back to the kitchen due to errors. very short staffed and staff not geniunely apologetic. discount was given on my suggestion, but no attempt to offer this. waitress then complained about the babies mess, no wonder the mess!!!(ONLY SOME TOAST ON THE FLOOR), not enthusiastic about returning.

Times change, I have been there several times since Novemeber 2010 and I was impressed by the Manager and the way he had trained the staff. Maybe there has been a change of management since the last review, because the manage was one of the few I have seen that takes time to train his staff in the simple process of waiting. Things like scanning tables in you sector making sure people have what they need, if you have 10 tables in your sector you should know what each one has ordered and where the order is at. I have not eaten there but been for coffee and cake severals times and it has always been good service and product. | ||
