Perth Food Review

M eeka seems to be a bit of a hidden gem. We certainly had some of the nicest food and service we’ve had for a long while last Saturday night.

My husband started with the Harissa Spiced Apple Cider Pork Belly, Sweet Potato Puree and Apple Fennel Salad which was beautiful. He then had the Za’atar Crusted Spatchcock Roulade Stuffed with Dates on White Bean Puree for main which was just delicious. I had the Seafood Tajine with stuffed baby squid and the most divine mussels served with Israeli Cous Cous. The tagine was the type of food I crave and I think I’ll struggle to order something different next time we go.

A word of warning, it was really hot last Saturday night and it was pretty warm in the restaurant despite the aircon and fan that were trying hard.
