e went for a casual meal with another couple with no booking. I have been told that booking is necessary on Friday and Saturday nights.
For entree we enjoyed stuffed chicken wings and thai toast between the four of us which were served with a very spicy sweet chilli sauce. These were a great entree which got our mouths watering. Entree was enjoyed with beers and wine which were BYO.
For mains we had different meals which was great to see what was on offer from Mai Thai. Meals do not include rice so they are full of great ingredients.
As follows:
- Koong Rad Prik, Deep Fried Prawns with Sweet Chilli sauce. This was served with a fresh salad mixed with a side dish of steamed rice this meal was very filling with a generous serve of six large king prawns. Tasted excellent.
- Panang Curry, Beef, Thai style peanut curry. A very large dish which was not overly spicy.
The other couple both had fish dishes which were very generous servings but had them wanting more.
The food is of great quality which I am sure we will be enjoying again very shortly. Great Food!!!

Mai Thai is one of my favourite restaurants in Perth but I must admit, you cant go past the TakeAway option! | ||

We are real regulars of the Mai Thai especially my Mother who finds that her local restaurant across the road serves you the best Thai food in town complimented by friendly and efficient service.Would highly recommend it to anyone!! | ||

Ate last week there Nov 10.Food was nice and service good. But could not believe the prices. Prawn Penang Curry $30.95. I believe this is way over priced.Ended up expensive when added rice etc. | ||
