I f you want a really different eating experience you should try Jaws. Its kaiten sushi which I think means that everyone sits around a conveyor with the chef in the middle preparing sushi. As the sushi is made it’s placed on the conveyor and you can take it off and eat it as you like, just collecting your plates so that they know how much to charge you at the end. The cost varies with the colour of the plate; for example an orange plate is $1.80 al the way up to a red plate for about $4.50. It works out quite cheap though our meal was $14.20 for two and we each had a few plates of such and also shared some chicken udon noodle soup. Whatch out there are a few crazy things (like sea urchin or eel sushi) that if you aren’t too adventurous you might want to avoid like we did but I would recommend Jaws for authentic and good value Japanese.

Don't pass up the eel (unagi) so quickly. I reckon it's the best thing there. It's just like fish, marinated in a really yummy sauce. | ||
