w e have eaten here on a number of occasions however we were somewhat shocked when we called in on a thursday night at 8.30pm, restaurant, half empty, said we only need a wine menu as we wanted to order their famous Irish boxty burgers only to be told, sorry off the restaurant menu however we could order at the bar, noisy, band starting up in 5min and as we were on our way home after work need peace and quite as we dined... Sorry! no, cannot be done so we informed the waitress we would go down the road to the Wembley where we spent $120... what restaurant lets two customers walk out because of a kitchen policy and we will not be back... Need we say it... only an Irish Pub!!!

Good food, but awful and I mean a seriously bad mannered owner - the last time I was there (and I mean it will be the LAST time) he cursed at our party (called us Ba$t@rd$), sent a waitress home crying and generally was walking around like a bear with a sore head.

The guy makes Basil Faulty look normal. We had never experienced a host that had such a clear and apparent distaste for the patrons in his restaurant - never again will we be back....
On a previous occasion we had asked for a side order of garlic mash, which comes as standard with the Chicken Hot Pot dish, but were told that we couldn’t have it – we could have standard mash, but not garlic – if you want that ya gotta order a Chicken hot Pot.....whatever happened to customer service – from what I see it never came as far as Australia to this or any where I’ve eaten so far (bar McDonalds...!!)

You would think we weren’t going to pay for the food – we were going to give them actual money for these garlic spuds...not barter for the meal with a goat or a sheep....!!
