F untastico in Subiaco is a vibrant modern Italian restaurant. You can’t book but we arrived at 7.30 on a Friday night and they still managed to quickly seat us. The décor and lighting is modern creating a really fun atmosphere. The staff here are very friendly and the food was excellent. I ate the “meat of the day”, wood fired oven baked veal chop with porchini mushroom and rosemary potatoes in red wine jus. It was suburb the veal was so moist and the flavour in the jus and mushroom really full. Other people at our table had wood fired pizza and lobster risotto and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the meal. We didn’t make it past main course, we were to busy sampling the Stella that is on tap!
