Y et another great experience at Funtastico. The service was spot on even though the restaurant was busy. We had the Italian sausage and olives to share between four of us for a starter and then moved straight on to mains. Two diners ordered pasta, the ravioli with meatballs looked particularly good and very authentic. One person ordered their favourite, the rib eye with porcini mushroom jus and this huge slab of beef did not disappoint. I ordered off the specials list the partly boned quail stuffed with herb butter on roast potatoes and asparagus with a red wine jus. This was a seriously outstanding meal, the portion was very large (two whole quails) and the flavours were so beautiful with the succulent quail. The girls shared the hazelnut coffee meringue which was also good. Everyone agreed that we would not hesitate to return at $50 a head with a lot of beer and wine this restaurant delivers every time.
