I
have dined at Embers for breakfast and dinner on about eight different occasions. The food is always well prepared and presented but the service is consistently bad. Usually not even staff for the number of diners with the tired and worn out excuse that "we are sorry but we are busy", well they don't charge less on busy nights do they but the management seem happy to run with not enough floor staff and accept the poor level of service. It can take ten minutes after being seated to be offered a menu or water, I just get up and help myself now, that is if I can pluck up the courage to go there anymore.
As I said, the food is good, value is average but terrible service.
Try harder guys.
