W hilst the food is great and all made on site and fresh, they treat their staff shockingly and are generally horrible people. This results in the staff running around scared that if they talk to long to one customer or are too nice to one customer they will get in trouble. I advise people to steer clear of this place entirely.

I go to Delish regularly and generally find the food really nice. However, today I ordered a plain beef/horseradish cream sandwich. My first bite was pure gristle which I had to remove from my mouth! Upon inspection of the sandwich I discovered a "patchwork quilt" effect, little meat and plenty gristle. I was provided with a replacement which was exactly the same.Someone, I presumed he was the Manager, approached me when he saw me holding up my second "patchwork". He was aggressive and declared it "fat and not gristle!" He did not offer me an alternative but merely snarled "I will give you your money back" returning with my refund which he flung down on the table and snatching the sandwich. Not a nice experience and one I will tell to everyone willing to listen | ||
