wonderful degustation adventure at this restaurant. Terrific variety, subtlety and a playful, adventurous selection. Wagyu beef with beer and mustard ice-cream? I ask you.
Thoroughly recommended to any serious foodies. Presentation 9/10. Originality 9/10. Taste 9/10.
