W e had a Company Christmas function for about 25 staff. The ambience was quite nice. We had a set menu, the first entree was the platter which was evenly distributed amongst the guests. It was annoying however to have more and more plates of onion bhaji come out and that is all they served for the entrees! We expected to get a little more variety than just the bhajis; in fact we almost thought they were trying to get our stomachs full on just on these fried appetizers! The main course came out in small pots - it looked like it wasnt enough but it sure filled us up. The saffron rice was served cold - this should have been piping hot - so this was a little disappointing. The desserts were of course Kulfi and Gulab Jamins - Yummy. The overall feeling is that the restaurant has very nice decor and ambience, the staff relatively attentive, in comparison we feel that the food is overpriced compared to value. We do not think we will have another function at this establishment as there are better Indian Restaurants, with better food and better value.
