his is not the first time that i have been to Char Char and it sure wont be my last. This place serves a steak fit for a king, In winter there Osso Bucco is a must!
My fiance and I make this place a must for any celebration.
For our entree we shared a plate of Salt & Pepper Squid served with a Citrus Mayonnaise on a bed of greens. Im not a huge fan of seafood but the squid was so fresh and tender it melted in my mouth.
For mains my fiance chose the fresh Grilled Burramundi(farmed)with Spinach Mash, which she thoroughly enjoyed.
Although the Twice Cooked 5 Spice Duck with Blackcherry Jus look tempting,I chose the 500gm Rib Eye steak served with a creamy mash with Rosemary jus. This steak was seriously delicious!! Cooked just the way it was ordered.
Im not a huge dessert or wine fan so i cant really comment on there selection. I must say that there service is above standard, there tableware, surroundings and atmosphere is well worth the price attached to this restaurant. More than what I can say about some restaurants that are in demand at the moment.
