ent on a busy Saturday night to the new premises in Carlisle. Had to wait in a queue for a table despite having a booking. Had veal scallopine and spaghetti marinara. Both were OK. The patrons are absolutely jammed in and the venue is unbelievably noisy. Staff were run off their feet and it was 45 minutes before our order was taken and we just about had to drag someone over to take our order. Service for the rest of the evening was a non-event. They immediately place an $8.50 bottle of water on everyone's table without request, so Beware. I sent it back and requested tap water.
To top the night off and ensure I will never go back there, I found the Manageress extremely patronising as she declined my Entertainment Book voucher for a discount. The vouchers are still valid for another month and I'm sure she has had more than her fair share of customers using these vouchers over the past 12 months, who may not have otherwise known about this restaurant. She chose to advertise in the book and should have been prepared to meet her obligations as I presented my voucher in good faith.
Don't bother with this one. There are plenty of better Italian restaurants around. Try Itz Amore in Myaree.
