his restaurant is terrible. They literally are trying to scam their customers. I just had dinner with my girlfriend there. I ordered Tortellini Carbonara and my girlfriend ordered Chilli Mussells. I asked for some parmesan cheese for the Tortellini Carbonara and they charged me $2 for this. The Tortellini Carbonara was extremely salted so that i couldnt taste it properly. When i got home i was sick from the food and was on the toilet for one hour.
The Chilli Mussells were average and they came with no bread.
We paid $4 for plain white bread.
The restaurant is BYO BUT they charge you for corkage. I brought in a bottle of red wine and they charged me $1.50 despite the fact i opened and poured it myself. The manager said the charge was for the use of the wine glasses! The waiter didnt even know i had this bottle and the glasses we used were water glasses.
When I looked at the receipt after paying i also realised i was charged $2 extra for the parmesan cheese. I think this is ridiculous given there are parmesan cheese shakers on every table.
SCAM: The restaurants menu has "Chilli Mussells: $19.50" it is listed in the menu under appetiser. When we came to pay, the manager said we owe $22.50. This price is listed no where on the menu. The manager claimed that they were serving us a main course of Chilli Mussells and thats why it was $22.50. In the menu there is no main Chilli Mussells or the price of $22.50. Basically if u order Chilli Mussells make sure they dont charge you $22.50! Its a sneaky way for them to charge u extra without even asking you whether you want the main or appetiser!
I asked to take some pasta home becuase i couldnt eat it (due to eat being over salted). I thought i would give it to my dog. They put it in a plastic box and when i went to pay THEY CHARGED ME $4.50 TO TAKE A PLASTIC BOX WITH LEFTOVERS HOME!!!!
Basically this restuarant is serving poor quality food and actively scamming its customers. Corkage, take away fee, over charged on 2 meals (extra cheese) and chilli mussells price which is not displayed on the menu!
WATCH OUT- CHECK UR RECEIPT! I went back and got $3 back after i checked the receipt and i realise i could have got back more.
I actually used an Entertainment card whcih got me 25 % off the total price.
The manager even scammed me at the end. I asked for $4 back and she said "No u get $3 back becuase u have a 25% discount card so im reducing how much we overcharged u by 25%" I didnt think at first but i realise this is complete BS. It doenst make any sense for her to take a 25% cut of moeny that i shouldnt have paid in the first place!!
PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS!
Cheers,
Simon

I have to agree, I came here to eat sometime ago and it just wasn't the best experience.. I don't remember much about the pricing except that it just wasn't worth it; service was horrible and the manager (if it's still the same one) was one very rude woman..

I agree. Average food and poor service. The woman manager is rude and they have the gall to put an $8.50 bottle of water on everyone's table when they arrive without request. A total scam. BEWARE.
