T his is the third time we've been to Cafe Amadeus in as many years. It has a charming, unpretentious, casual and even romantic atmosphere. Lots of delightful mouthwatering smells as you enter the premises. Being bored with Fremantle's largely Italian fare, Cafe Amadeus offers an interesting eclectic menu of dishes with interesting flavours. The dishes we ordered were very generous serves, although we managed to mop up every last mouthful. I'm glad we didn't try to fit in an entree as well. Unfortunately we didn't have room for dessert. The flavours were delightful, spicy and fresh. I think our mains were about $25 each, which was very reasonable given the quality and preparation of food. It's licensed and BYO too, which keeps the price down. We'll definitely return more often.
