M y brother in law won a dinner voucher to Boarocco's restaurant. We booked for the 6th November.

Firstly they could not find our booking but there were spare tables.

We sat down and waited a while for someone to serve us. We finally got served. When we finally made our choices the "Special of the day" a chicken dish had run out.. It was still early in the evening!

For entree my husband ordered the FIELD mushroom served with garlic and chilli. I ordered bruschetta. Well my husbands field mushroom came out and they were the size of a 50c piece. For $13.00 I could have bought 2 Kilo's! They were terrible. Well my bruschetta consisted of 2 pieces of toast with a slice of tomoto on top! disgusting. I am one to complain when a dish is not up to standard but I kept my mouth closed because other people were with us.

When our main meals came out half of our cutlery was missing so we asked the waiter to get some for us. We waited 10 minutes at which time my husband had to go and ask for it. By this time his meal was stone cold. My penne served with smoked salmon, snow peas and brocolli was missing the snow peas and brocolli. My husbands meal was returned and I asked for the rest of the ingredients in my dish. My husband went up to the front desk to ask for the manager. He was too busy to speak with him but he agreed to give him a free meal. My dish came back missing the brocolli and the waitress said they put snow peas in the dish instead. I said there was always snowpeas in the dish!

We were totally put of our meal at this stage and my penne was boring. It had no flavour at all.

The prices on the dishes were well over the top for what you got. LUCKILY we had a voucher and had to top up the bill $15.00 each which was $15.00 too much in my eyes.

We will never go back to the Barocco and would never recommend it.

Me and my fiance dinned at Barocco Resturant Last Saturday Night, We had never dinned there so we thought we would try it out. As our starter we had Turkish bread to share, that was arverage but then for our main meals I had the Chicken Parmigana and my fiance had the T bone Steak. The main meals were delicious! I thought the atmosphere was great, and from what we could see the restuarnt was nearly filled and they also had a Wedding reception going on upstairs. The service was excellent, our waitress was quite young but had a mature manour, freindly and gave us fine service as we should have recieved. I am pleased to say that I am now thinking of holding Our wedding Reception at Barocco Restaurant :) and i reccomend for everyone to go nad try out Barocco because you will enjoy it!

Our dining experience at Barocco's was fantastic! The food was delicious especially the fish of the day. The staff were young and very friendly. Saturday night was packed, so don't forget to book.

I was there with a group of friends and the owner didn't seem to want to serve us because we didn't order any wines. Food was average and price was a tad on the expensive side. The restaurant was not busy when we were there and we were treated like second rate customers.
