AB – Australia’s Finest Burger has a name with a pretty big claim. I doubt whether you could objectively test the name, but I think they are making some seriously good burgers.
The interior is pleasant and the service is friendly. The basis for most of the burgers is Butterfield beef, which is arguably Western Australia’s finest beef, and New Norcia bread, which isn’t too shabby either. You can get any combination of any toppings you like and there are a stack of standard burgers with good combinations of blue cheese, mature cheddar, tomato relish, bacon, mushrooms, etc etc. The beef is cooked perfectly with the patty slightly pink in the middle. Every burger I have had here has been superb, and I have heard not one complaint from guests accompanying me. They also do nice serves of crunchy chips.
FAB is definitely worth a try, It’s tucked away in Subiaco Village next to the Ess bar.

The FAB burger which is your basic butterfield beef, salad and relish is just $9 which I think is good value for a burger with table service in nice surrounds! | ||
