hat a wonderful restuarant - like nothing else in Perth or anywhere in the world I suspect.
Located overlooking the beautiful Swan River at Barrack Street the food here is an enormous indian vegetarian buffet including various rice, breads, dahls, curry, veggies, dips and sweets - all fresh and homemade by volunteeers. It is self serve but with friendly helpers always. There is no menu and you eat as you like and pay as you feel.
The food is at Annalakshmi is quite outstanding. If I were ever to be stranded on a desert island this would have to be the food of choice. The variety of the dishes is beyond the realms of imagination. You can eat as little or as much as you like - it is healthy and very moreish (you have been warned).
Don't for one moment be put off by the fact its vegetarian - the food here takes the joy of eating to whole new level.
A delight and very highly recommended.
