Perth Food Review

O n my son's birthday 30th April my family and friends (9 adults and a 2 year old) went to this restaurant for dinner .We had taken our own wine and had to call the barman over to get our wine opened .Entrees were delivered in good time and not too bad .There were only 10 other people in the restaurant and a staff of 2 waitresses and a barman .We ordered our mains and waited an hour for them , when i made loud comments about the baby being starving and the wait excessive , the food started to arrive .......BUT the meals arrived for EVERYONE except the parents of the child .The mother waited an extra 10 minutes the father nearly half an hour .As they were sharing their meals with the child this was extremely poor.The wait staff were rude and never once came to our table to ask if all was well or if we needed anything else .On several occasions we called a waitress over to order drinks which never arrived ...i had to go to the bar and ask for them .At no time were the staff run off their feet so there is no excuse for this appalling service .The food was ordinary to say the least. My partner had the fish of the day which he said was quite nice , i on the other hand had nachos which were horrible .....stale dry chicken and supermarket bottled sauce .The others all said their food was mediocre to say the least and the general opinion was that it was VERY overpriced for what we got .My chocolate cake dessert tasted like raw flour and was very horrible .Overall we would say stay away it is awful....awful food .......terrible staff and way too expensive for what we got .
