24-05-2011 : mleonardperth : Good food, but awful and I mean a seriously bad mannered owner - the last time I was there (and I mean it will be the LAST time) he cursed at our party (called us Ba$t@rd$), sent a waitress home crying and generally was walking around like a bear with a sore head. The guy makes Basil Faulty look normal. We had never experienced a host that had such a clear and apparent distaste for the patrons in his restaurant - never again will we be back.... On a previous occasion we had asked for a side order of garlic mash, which comes as standard with the Chicken Hot Pot dish, but were told that we couldn’t have it – we could have standard mash, but not garlic – if you want that ya gotta order a Chicken hot Pot.....whatever happened to customer service – from what I see it never came as far as Australia to this or any where I’ve eaten so far (bar McDonalds...!!) You would think we weren’t going to pay for the food – we were going to give them actual money for these garlic spuds...not barter for the meal with a goat or a sheep....!! :: [original context]
