10-01-2010 : greg007 : Took my wife there for lunch today, ordered two hamburgers and the buns were like bricks totally stale and inedible the best we got was a sorry and no charge which they couldn't charge anyhow but it just ruined our day. 03-03-2009 : Gavin : I found the place to be a bit too expensive for a pub. We also had to send a meal back as the pork was under cooked. The place had a nice setup and is new. They need to iron out there problems and this can take awhile whilist establishing a new business. I hope you let them know your grieviences in a nice manner, as I have seen how some customers think they know what is going on when they dont have a clue. You should pass on some postives with the negatives. Maybe try them when they are more established. I also had a few things go wrong but they fixed them without a problem. Iam not connected with them but to another business in opposition to them and know what they are going thru. What you see on TV is not all that really happens in real life. I will try them again when there prices are more realistic for a pub in the suburbs. :: [original context]
