18-08-2008 : atc : Well the manager has obviously changed since crochl's visit - it has been a male manager on my two visits (in June and August 2008) but there are still issues with the manager and service staff. I felt as though the manager thought I was a burden to him on my various dealings with him (seeking a table, chasing up on an order, paying my bill). The waitress who attended me (on both occassions) couldn't have been nicer; but she had no idea of what can seriously tick a patron off - eg. showing you to a table and then letting you sit there for 10 minutes before offering water or taking at least the drink's order. Serious training is needed for the serving staff, and probably a personality transplant for the manager. And the food - no complaints at all, except for the wait! :: [original context]
